Terms and Conditions of Use of the WebApp ¡Qué Belleza!

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CCI Latin America’s ¡Qué Belleza! WebApp (“ the WebApp”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, we recommend that you do not use the WebApp.

2. Intellectual Property

All content available on the WebApp, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, icons and software, is the property of the International Christian Camp Association, Latin America (hereinafter “ICC Latin America”) and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. License of Use

CCI Latin America grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the WebApp and its contents exclusively for your personal use or for the organization or ministry with which you collaborate.

4. Honor Code

As a user of the WebApp, you agree to comply with our Honor Code:

Item 1

I agree not to give or share the password to anyone outside of the organization for which I am purchasing it.

Item 2

I agree not to forward the PDF documents to others or print the documents for the purpose of selling or profiting from them.

Item 3

I agree to use the documents for my personal use or for the organization or ministry with which I collaborate. I will respect the reserved rights, giving credit to the International Christian Camp Association, Latin America in case of quoting its text in any document.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the WebApp for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not:

  • Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any content obtained from the WebApp without the prior written permission of CCI Latin America.
  • Use automated tools (robots, spiders, scrapers) to access the WebApp without express authorization.
  • Interfering or attempting to interfere with the proper working of the WebApp.

6. Data Protection

The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

CCI Latin America shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the WebApp or its contents.

8. Modifications to the Terms

CCI Latin America reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will become effective upon posting on the WebApp. It is the user’s responsibility to periodically review the updated terms.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Panama. Any dispute relating to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Panama, Panama.
