Some regions have it available at local universities. Assuming you have photos of the plant in question but no other clues to go on, you might still be able to get some results by working backwards. Open the Google home page and click or tap the camera icon next to the search bar. Then, upload a photo of the unknown plant from your device and click &#8220;search&#8221;, then a variety of images with characteristics similar to the one you want to find will appear.<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikihow.com\/identificar-plantas#_note-12\">[12]<\/a>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">To increase your chances of getting a matching result, select the clearest, highest resolution shot you have. Ideally, the plant should be the focal point of the image, with little or no external detail in the background that could confuse the identification algorithm.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">If the result is close but not exact, highlight the image and click the \u201csearch by image\u201d option to see similar ones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Get some sample of what they can find for them to look at, touch, smell and taste.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">It&#8217;s important to find out about plants that shouldn&#8217;t be touched or tasted from that region, such as nettles, poison ivy, juniper berries, sapindus saponaria, and hemlock (similar to parsley).
